Atolo in a few words

A training company based in Lausanne and active throughout Switzerland, Atolo supports companies in their training and consulting needs around themes such as languages, communication and corporate culture.

She intervenes through professional training, executive coaching and consulting.

Fundamentally dedicated to developing the skills of the business experts it supports, Atolo's values are rooted in a human approach, generating growth and dedicated to impact.

Their training is always tailor-made and delivered by experienced and committed trainers. Putting them into practice to achieve tangible results is at the heart of their approach and some solutions are recognized  by SAQ, the quality accreditation body active in the financial industry.

 

Jérémie Monney, how does Atolo support you in your development?

Initially, we were simply looking for a service provider capable of understanding our business in order to review our communication on our  financing platform and translate the resulting texts into several languages.

That's when we got in touch with Atolo.

Since then, we have called on them to organize events with our employees around values and we have started a process of reflection around the company, its vision, its mission, the behaviors to which we all wish to subscribe.

These mandates having borne fruit, we now work in the context of continuous coaching of some of our employees and we can count on Atolo's expertise for certain strategic advice. In the end, it's quite transversal.

2021 was a record year for Milenia. I recently pointed out that without Atolo, we would have reached heights anyway, just not such high heights.

 

You talk about transversality. What does that mean exactly?

Atolo continues to provide us with articles that appear on our blog and social networks, their team also provides us with translations into 6 different languages.

As far as their corporate culture department is concerned, it is about leadership coaching and work around our communication culture.

Lately, we have been counting on their advice on certain strategic issues. They like to challenge us and challenge the status quo. This suits us perfectly at this stage of our development!

 

In a market crowded with experts of all kinds, why Atolo?

 Trust. Confidence and a desire to go further, to always do better. As CEO, I need to be able to count on a certain commitment and a desire to always surpass myself in order to surprise and move the company forward.

The Atolo team is not resting on its laurels. The exchanges are frank, clear and always dedicated to the good of Milenia. We aim for a long-term partnership. It's precious. 

 

What are your plans for the future at Milenia?

We are ahead of our growth targets. In just a few years, we have become a key player in the responsible credit market. Today, supporting our team members in their development has become a priority. So I would say that our main project for the future is to aim higher, further... by offering a quality service and keeping people central to our actions; internally and externally. It is a competent, close-knit and committed team that will allow Milenia to continue its growth, for the good of all.

David Michel, you are the Managing Director of Atolo Switzerland. Listening to Jérémie Monney, what is your reaction?

The first feeling that comes to me is one of full gratitude for the trust placed in us. Milenia was one of the first partners in Switzerland to trust us to take on mandates that were sometimes technical,linguistic, and sometimes strategic through support around the values, mission and vision of the company.

Then, luck. The chance to interact with a CEO and management who are open to discussion and who are willing to challenge themselves and aim for continuous progress. This is quite rare and allows us to deploy the full extent of our expertise.

At the end of the day, there's nothing more rewarding than seeing the work you put in leads to a real positive impact within the partner company. In this case, Milenia.

Finally, I would like to congratulate Milenia, her management, her teams... for the immense work done and the results obtained. In a highly competitive market and an economic environment that is sometimes uncertain due to the health crisis, they have been able to demonstrate agility and resilience. Congratulations to them or rather, as Jeremy likes to remind me, congratulations to all of us!
