  • A copy of your Swiss ID or C Residence permit
  • A complete copy of your last tax statement (dated within the last 12 months) or your three last pay slips along with the last three bank statements highlighting the payment transactions of your salary
  • A complete copy of your rental agreement / lease if you are a tenant or a copy of your mortgage loan if you are a home owner
  • A copy of your latest medical insurance invoice which covers both yourself and your family

You have an income in Switzerland but reside abroad

  • A copy of your Swiss ID or G Permit
  • A copy of your last three pay slips (if salary is a fixed monthly amount) or
  • A copy of your last six pay slips (if salary is hourly based)
  • A copy of your last three bank account statements whether in Switzerland or abroad
  • A copy of your latest electricity bill
 

You are a beneficiary of AVS or AI

  • A copy of your Swiss ID or a Residence permit
  • A copy of a document stating your AVS and/or AI benefits
  • A copy of your last three bank account statements highlighting the payment transaction of your benefits
  • A complete copy of your rental agreement / lease if you are a tenant or a copy of your mortgage loan if you are a home owner
  • A copy of your latest medical insurance invoice which covers both yourself and your family
