Well... impatient, maybe not. But interested ? Still not?

Today, you can simulate your loan online, submit your file documents via your smartphone, sign electronically, and receive your funds right away.

All of your information is therefore transmitted via Wi-Fi waves, the Ethernet cable and then passed through computer servers. Your data is, so to speak, digital and must therefore be protected accordingly.

All companies in Switzerland will have to comply with the new law (new data protection law). Small or large, each company will have to take the necessary measures to comply with the articles that detail the legislation. From SMEs to multinationals.

The goal: to support the community's efforts to reduce attacks by cybercriminals; Unfortunately, attacks are becoming more and more frequent.

The Federal Consumer Credit Act gives you the right to redeem your loan at any time, to consolidate your loans into a single loan or to choose another financial institution that would take over your credit; possibly under better conditions.

The rights are also applicable in the case of adoption and the coverage for parents who have to care for a seriously ill child has also been improved. That's the least we can do.

You've probably heard of phishing. Scammers are weaving a vast digital net to retrieve as much confidential information as possible.

You simply receive an email inviting you to click on a link that you think is interesting. The sender makes you a tempting offer, the opportunity is great and after all, you are not going to miss an opportunity to take advantage of it?

However, the link you click allows malware to be dropped.

Your accounts are hacked, your passwords are discovered, and within a few hours, your credit card, identity, and accounts are accessed.

Scammers are now going a step further and rather than betting on a mass effect, they are targeting their victims. Business mail, personal data used, direct phone calls, pretending to be your bank or state... Everything is done to appear credible, serious and reliable. 

This is called spearphishing. One in four companies is confronted with it.

Yes, we know; It breaks the mood a bit. But it's better to be warned.

 

Let's protect the right to individuality!

2022 was also an emotional year.

You should also contact the IV and your advisor. They listen to you and it's important to express how you feel!

A word of advice for hearing people. I suggest that you put on the hearing aid of someone you know who is hard of hearing. You will have a better understanding of some of the effects.

Finally, I really want to raise awareness because behind our smile... There are a multitude of difficulties that we don't see because it's a disability that is invisible. The empathy, support and generosity that I have been fortunate enough to receive are essential.

Retraining is possible. With the right efforts, the right technology and a supportive environment, it is possible to flourish and (re)find your place and your added value!

Let's take a step back

During the lockdown, the world of work experienced a real shift.

All of them missed interpersonal relationships and this may have impacted the corporate culture and sense of well-being.

In conclusion, there is neither one statistic valid for everyone nor a representative feeling of all employers and employees. However, there is no doubt that the world of work has changed and the effects continue today.
